Cocktails are so great! Not only cocktails, but also the pasta and grilled salmon are nice. Actually it’s really hard to find good cocktail place around here, but here is the wonderful place. I highly recommend this place, I will definitely visit here again!💗✨

Great service and delicious food and drinks! Been here a few times after work and it never disappoints. Highly recommend for Mediterranean flavors. The Greek chips and calamari apps are delicious and generously portioned for sharing. My friends had the red snapper which they said was very good. I had the chicken and mushroom pasta which was also yummy! Sea Salt is now one of our go-to spots.

Sea Salt NYC is an absolute gem. The food is incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and thoughtfully prepared—every bite feels clean, vibrant, and satisfying. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, especially the seafood, which is cooked beautifully and never overdone. Cocktails are aesthetically presented and delicious too!

Nice restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. The octopus is a must-try. Very well cooked. Tender and moist on the inside while having some texture on the outside with a lovely taste.

If you’re looking for authentic Mediterranean food in NYC, Sea Salt is a must-visit. Everything tastes incredibly fresh and thoughtfully prepared you can tell the recipes come straight from the heart (and probably someone’s Greek grandmother!). The grilled octopus was tender and flavorful, the whole branzino perfectly cooked, and the spanakopita had that perfect golden crisp. Their house-made dips and spreads are another highlight simple, fresh, and delicious. The atmosphere feels warm and welcoming, like you’ve stepped into a little taverna by the sea, and the service is just as inviting. Great happy hour deals, too! Perfect for brunch, lunch, or dinner definitely one of my new favorite Mediterranean spots in the city.

Sea Salt Greek Restaurant delivered an outstanding meal from start to finish. The lamb kababs were perfectly cooked—tender, juicy, and full of flavor—while the octopus was expertly prepared with that ideal balance of char and tenderness that’s so hard to get right. The Greek chips were addictive: crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned just right. Everything tasted fresh, thoughtful, and true to Greek tradition. A fantastic dining experience that I’d happily repeat.

What an experience! The food was fantastic, well seasoned and incredibly flavorful. The service was excellent, the point where I didn’t need to ask for anything, because they were on it before I thought of asking. The kofetdes plate was delicious and I would absolutely recommend the Spanakopita appetizers! Will definitely come back!

Food is excellent. Mezze trio fantastic but hummus not creamy enough. Chicken kabab high quality. Hummus crispy and delicious. Crab cake is phenomenal. Shepherds salad was fresh and amazing but had way too much onion compared to other ingredients. The waiters were excellent.

Simply amazing, food, drinks and service were top notch. The cozy feel inside the restaurant just improved the experience. The staff was welcoming and very easy going. Drinks as part of bottomless brunch went above and beyond. I loved it and highly recommend the restaurant to anyone willing to have delicious Mediterranean food.

Delicious food, large portions and beautifully plated. Lovely ambiance and comfortable seating. The assortment of appetizers was flavorful and my favorite was Saganaki. I also had the Koftedes plate and it was so flavorful and filling. Highly recommend!
